Our Lady of Grace and Compassion Primary School is located in Mundika, Busia County, Kenya. Established by the Grace and Compassion Benedictines, the school began as a nursery in 2012 and expanded to include a primary section in 2015.
The institution has been recognized for its academic excellence.

The school has also been involved in community initiatives. In 2016, it hosted the presentation of the 42nd Beyond Zero mobile clinic donation by Her Excellency, the First Lady of Kenya.

What is the school’s educational philosophy?

Our Lady of Grace and Compassion School is rooted in Catholic values and a holistic approach to education. We nurture each child academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially, fostering a love for learning, compassion for others, and a strong sense of community.

What grades do you offer?

We offer a complete primary education from Pre-Primary (PP1 & PP2) through Grade 9, following the Kenyan Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) infused with faith-based learning and moral guidance.

What are the school hours?

Regular school hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We also offer optional after-school activities and remedial support until 4:30 PM for interested students.

How can I apply for my child’s admission?

Admissions are open year-round based on availability. You can start the process by filling out the Online Inquiry Form on our website, after which our admissions office will contact you to schedule a school tour and provide the application package.

How does the school communicate with parents?

We maintain open communication through regular parent-teacher meetings, school newsletters, WhatsApp groups, and our school website. Parents are also welcome to schedule appointments with teachers or administration as needed.
